            What happens when straw is added with plastic? The answer is a new biomass material, wood-plastic products. In 2017, China's output of wood and plastic products was close to 3 million tons, accounting for two-thirds of the world's total output. Its production, sales, consumption and export ranked first in the world.


            On the same day, the Environmental Development Center of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment held a ceremonial ceremony for China's environmental label wood and plastic products to enter the government's green procurement list and certification enterprises of China's environmental label wood and plastic products. Four domestic wood and plastic enterprises were certified by China Environmental Marks on December 12, and their products will be included in the government procurement list in the near future.

The plasticity and easy installation of this product greatly reduces the workload of furniture manufacturing and installation, and meets the requirements of assembly building.


            Although the whole production system of wood-plastic industry has achieved green and environmental protection, the volume of high-quality products is small and the industry is uneven. It is necessary to increase the proportion of high-end products and enhance the competitiveness of the industry.
